It's three days before Christmas. You won't see a rational human being before mid-January.

No doubt about that one
And while you are legislating no putting on make-up, eating a taco, reading a book, texting........................

The 315 b/t downtown and Bethel motorists are the most annoying, much worse than the aggressive lane-changing 670 nuts. There are so many 315 people in the passing lane, driving slow while talking on phones we got the traffic engineers to install those signs 'Slower Traffic Keep Right' but people still do it. On 315 it seems like they all drive 50 or 90.

I think I am more weary of people who consider themselves good drivers than I am of people who actually are bad drivers.

We pulled up behind someone on Thursday night who was doing 60 in the far left lane on 315. When she finally realized how slow she was going and moved over, suprise suprise she was gabbing away on her phone.

yes, and can we please ban people from using phones while conducting business transactions too?
some folks really need to learn how to disconnect. This almost makes me long for the days of pagers and pay-phones when you wanted to call someone in public.

I will flash my high beams when someone in the left lane is holding me up. I see the act as a curteous request, but I have friends that feel it is rude.

Until we have cars that drive themselves from place to place, people should definitely not be talking on cell phones while driving. It just takes so much attention ... so much more than a face-to-face conversation with someone in the passenger seat.

I would get behind this 100.00%. We managed to survive for many years without being able to talk on the phone in our cars, I think we can live without phones while driving. Sheesh.

does anyone also believe we should legislate single-parent families?!
