What's your favorite place in Central Ohio to buy a full side of beef?
Grass-fed beef would be awesome if I could get it but not necessary.
Just got a chest freezer and have always wanted to do this. It's like draft beer, except of beer, it's beef on tap.

You may want to contact Meat Packers Outlet downtown off of Main by the pawn shops. I've never bought a steam ship round from them, but I imagine they sell them. Their regular prices are very good.

I have purchased grass fed beef from Steve Finlayson, who has a farm outside of Granville. email sent in PM.
Keep in mind that a small producer like that will have stock available at different times and that usually right now is a bad time. They like to overwinter as little stock as possible. You can put your name in line however.
