Actually 'The Pub' outside the new Polaris shopping center build out has fish and chips 50% off on Mondays, without the 2 drink minimum.
Get there before 7 and they will knock $2 off a lot of the beers.Now to be fair one is Irish and one is English.
The Pub's food is more authentic. This means that the fish are better, but then you also get the authentic British 'chip', which are never crispy like I like them.The wait last Saturday was 90 minutes, but we went and sat at the bar immediately. I liked the scotch ale while my wife enjoyed a wine flight where she was able to pick the wines herself. The food was good and included the Scottish habit of deep frying just about anything. The 'lairded pound cake' was great. They took English custard, place a deep fried piece of pound cake on it and then drunk raspberries, strawberries and blueberries. It had to have about 3,000 calories for the desert alone and the both of us could not finish it.
Been to both the Claddagh Irish Pub and The Pub. I found The Pub to be a lot more fun, better prices and more authentic food.

Do you know what matches are showing on Monday? Looks like EPL and Serie A are a bust. La Liga has a few, but not sure if you guys show them.
