Interesting site.
But my eye was drawn to a person hold the knife wrong and preparing to cut off the tip of his thumb. The advert encourages me to have my knives sharpened there.
If the guy can't even hold a knive, no way am I going to let him get his grips on mine.
I've got to say, and sorry to offtrack, here, Lisa, because this bulk food thing is such a good idea...

To me, holding a knife, while there are basic suggestions for efficiency, is a lot like holding a writing utensil or a paintbrush. It's personal so step off. I don't come to your bathroom and slap the TP out of the roll because you put it in there backwards.
Picasso, Vermeer, and Cy Twombly probably had really different ways of holding paintbrushes. Nevertheless they all made great paintings.
Now back to bulk goodness. I've got to reread that list and get in on this action!
