Does anybody know what is going in this building? It's on the northwest corner of King Avenue and Northwest Boulevard across from the Donatos Pizza. Thanks!

i think it's just an office building. i know at one point one of the signs said, but it was a couple years ago when i looked. it's a pretty small building, but it's been in progress for like 3-4 years at least.

Okay, thanks man. I was thinking it was an office building, but I just wanted to be sure. I was hoping it would be a restaurant, bar, or something else cool, but I digress.

How about what's going up next to Graffiti Burger?

It's not an office building. It will be retail but offices will be able to lease there. From what I have been told the owner of the building it putting in a restaurant. So if anyone is thinking of how this would be such a great spot for such and such it won't work. The building only has enough parking on site to accomodate 1 restaurant. I know that with such high vacancy around right now the owner should step back and allow another restaurant to lease space there and he should take his venture else where. I heard this about 4 months ago but I haven't heard any different recently.

I need to clarify. I forgot to say this but the restaurant portion will be fairly small. It won't be the whole building.
