Anyone want to go to brunch on Sunday? Had some discussion at the book swap about going to Sage for brunch... somewhere around noon-ish...
Anyone interested?

They must have heard I was coming, because now it's $12 mimosa carafes instead of all you can drink.
They CHANGED it? Damn. I'd be interested, of course. You don't have to twist my arm to get me out to Sage.
We may TRY to make it out on Sunday morning... we'll have some family in from out of town with us, and tons of little kids, so it depends on whether or not we're totally exhausted by then. ;)
Would come, but it conflicts with a Slow Food event I already signed up for.

Ditto, sorry!
I'm a hopeful, but definite, maybe.

Rats. :(
Oh well... more mimosas for us.

Yeah, sorry to miss it. The coffee event should be good, though.
The upside is that while you're sleeping off the mimosas I'll be powering through a caffeine megadose-fueled house cleaning session.

Who are you and what have you done with Drew???
And that has WHAT to do with the lovely, well-plated cuisine we're planning on having this weekend?

Not seeing your point.
(a) Looks pretty good to me.
(b) Did someone mention Irish breakfast? All I read was Sage....

Certainly, it's like being on alternative plane of existence, where constant earned ridicule doesn't affect a person's chi.
Chorizo, Black Bean and Sweet Potato Hash
Spicy chorizo sausage sauteed with black beans, sweet potato hash, peppers and onions, topped with two fried eggs and served with spicy tomato salsa on the side.
Well, there's beans in there, but nothing like in that picture.[/b]

looks incredibly delicious. i do submit that i'm disappointed that there is no blood sausage nor roasted mushrooms on the platter, so it may be lacking and not really a typical irish breakfast. (um, DUH, pint o' guinness OBVIOUSLY.)
sorry hey^2, won't be able to make it. considering saturday shenanigans, i'd be lucky to even be awake by 3pm on sunday. sage has definitely been on my list of must dos.
