Chorizo, Black Bean and Sweet Potato Hash
Spicy chorizo sausage sauteed with black beans, sweet potato hash, peppers and onions, topped with two fried eggs and served with spicy tomato salsa on the side.

looks incredibly delicious. i do submit that i'm disappointed that there is no blood sausage nor roasted mushrooms on the platter, so it may be lacking and not really a typical irish breakfast. (um, DUH, pint o' guinness OBVIOUSLY.)
sorry hey^2, won't be able to make it. considering saturday shenanigans, i'd be lucky to even be awake by 3pm on sunday. sage has definitely been on my list of must dos.
