ForeverFit web site[b]Bridal Boot Camp is a fun, effective, efficient way for brides-to-be to get in beautiful shape before their wedding. Lots of results - tone and shape your arms, lose weight, get firm and fit! All participants get a free pre/post boot camp body assessment so that your results can be monitored and track. Certified Personal Trainer and owner of FOREVERFIT, Nancy Eisenman, will instruct, motivate and push you beyond your comfort zone so that you will achieve that beautiful lean body you have always dreamed up.
Classes run Monday & Wed. nights 6-7 p.m. and Saturdays 10-11 am. You can choose to attend twice or three times a week for $108 or $144 respectively. Sign up before Wed. Oct. 20 and get $20 off your first session.
Next session starts Oct. 20 but you can join anytime.
