Looks like Michael Ruhlman is working on trying to get people to treat January as "Bread Month", especially food and cooking bloggers. He's really going after it on Twitter today, and also posted a pretty good looking multigrain bread recipe today.
Not the worst idea I've ever heard of - I just wish I had more people around to eat the results before it goes stale!

You could just make lots of croutons and French toast! :)
