Depends on how much time I have & what my nutritional needs are (i.e. going to the gym vs. going to work).
If I have less than 15 minutes:
Half of a whole wheat bagel with 1 tbsp. of reduced fat ricotta or goat cheese and some homemade jam from my mom (usually plum or blackberry).
If I have 15-30 minutes:
Mega Oatmeal (ridiculously rich and creamy and wonderful):
1/4 c. Red Mill rolled oats
1 tbsp. almond or cashew butter
whatever frozen berry I have
squirt or agave or honey
cinnamon
pinch o' salt
drop of vanilla (cook all + 1/2 c. water for 2 min)
big spoon of vanilla yogurt (added after cooked in microwave)
If I have 30 minutes:
Veggie Frittata
1. Saute whatever veggies you have/love/need to use up, usually what's already cut up in my fridge (zuchinni, mushroom, onion, maybe some pepper or tomato, anything, really)
2. Pour in 1 egg + 1 egg white + milk, salt, pepper all beat together; cook until bottom is set
3. Top with feta and slide in oven under broil for a few minutes until top is set.
