I was running the risk of derailing the Black Keys thread (hardly a thread deserving of derailing) with the talk of Bob Log, so I thought I'd make him his own thread.
I had seen this date posted several months ago, but then it got pulled down, so I wasn't sure it would actually happen. But the tour dates recently went up on Bob Log's official site a few weeks back and it was there.
So, Saturday August 9th, Bob Log comes to Columbus.
For those not in the know, and to be honest I was kinda surprised that many people were, Bob Log III is a one man band, he plays the guitar and kick drum, sports a jumpsuit while wearing a motorcycle helmet with a phone receiver in it as a microphone. He plays sort of blues rock. Some have likened him to the Gil Mantera of the blues.
Perhaps his most well known song is Boob Scotch. This video is NOT SAFE FOR WORK. But it is funny.
