Its my understanding that most shops that do chrome do black chrome.
Of course I really don't know jack shit about it, other than thinking that black chrome is badass.

Little further but...
http://www.customchromeplating.com/The Custom Chrome Plating company sold their black chrome baths to a company in California (I talked to them earlier today).
I tried calling the Superfineshine.com guy and I got voicemail. His voice creeped me the fuck out.Snarf:
I thought the same thing at first, but unfortunately that is not true.I called a few more places to see if they can do black chrome and have tanks large enough for an entire frame, unfortunately no luck so far.

I had a shop located near Dayton chrome a rear fender and other misc parts for my motorcycle.
Metal Brite Polishing
http://www.metal-britepolishing.com/Im not sure if they do black chrome, but they did a really good job on my nickel chrome.
Also, in Columbus.. Mills Metal Finishing off of Nelson Rd does chrome plating (in addition to powder coating/zinc plating... etc). I think they normally do industrial chrome type jobs, but they may be able to do what you want.

I've used with these guys for some rims and they're great to work with. Their website says traditional and PVD chrome services. I don't know what that means, but they're located in Clintonville.
