As a cyclist who strives to obey the rules of the road at all times, I have to ask: What's the legal status of riding (or doing anything else in public) while nude?
I've heard that women can be topless in Columbus (thanks, Comfest!) but I've also heard that people get arrested all the time at street fests and football games for indecent exposure, which makes me think there's some kind of qualitative standard or judgment call applied.

At fairs and festivals women can go topless, while the minimum for men is a jockstrap. Learned that at pride a few years back when I saw hairy fat Santa in a jock. :shock: :shock: :shock:
I remember reading about men getting busted for exposing themselves in the parks, to topless undercover women. So maybe the dress code goes for all parks.
