anyone know what the deal with this fountain is? last year i remember it occasionally shooting water pretty high into the air. but i haven't seen it on at all this year.
has anyone else seen it on?

Sometimes it's high...sometimes it's low. I'm not really sure why.
It's not because of windiness though. I've seen it high on some pretty windy days!
