Heh.
I think what I want is someone to do a spicy PB wing - the bar where I worked in upstate NY had a bajillion flavor of wings (it was their "thing"), and they did the most awesome PB spicy wing. You could actually get PB & Jelly wings - 6 PB & 6 spicy jelly.
Also - a true hot garlic. With actual pieces of minced garlic. Alas.

I want grilled wings. There is a bar we go to in Wilmington, NC on overnights that just added grilled wings to the menu and they are awesome.

+1 for the Roadhouse in Hilliard Wings are always consistent, sauce is great, and the owners are very nice people. I always get a side of curly cajun fries with them as well.
But... The best wings I have ever had, Period, are from a place called Benny's in Marysville. All of their wings are hickory smoked, and they have certainly perfected that process. Well worth the mini trip.

Believe the only wing special they have is on Sunday.

I had some pretty good wings at Mac's Cafe in the Short North a couple of weeks ago. They run a wing special every Tuesday night $3.95 for a pound of wings.

don't get the hottest wings at Mac's though. I love, love, love hot food. But if you order the hottest wings there they but on some Habenero extract something and then grind up red pepper flakes in a a coffee grinder and fully coat them.
not fun or funny

Love the wings at Pig Iron in C'ville; meaty, great sauce and fall off the bone. They do both fried and smoked, both great.

They're not at Harrison's on Third. Bleh *vomit face*

Completely biased because I built the new site, but I have to say wings over.

Hoggy's Jamaican Jerk wings.
I also like the fried wings at Chinese buffets.

the appetizer wings at cap city are pretty good. the best hands down are my stepmothers sticky chicken wings. chicken wings coated in cornstarch, then deep fried, then rolled in sauce. the sauce is a combination of soy sauce, sugar, ginger and garlic. the bomb!

My friends and I go to Barleys in Grandview every Monday for 40 cent wings...I never liked wings until I tried these...no sauce necessary. Wings + Christmas Ale...hello!

I tried the ghost chili pepper wings at Short North Tavern last night—the other components in the sauce (roasted vegetables) gave it a really nice deep flavor; though that was quickly overwhelmed by the heat. I could only eat one and probably embarrassed my wife trying to gulp down the accompanying bowl of bleu cheese dressing. That being said, my friend who ate the other wing (there are two per order) didn't seem to have much issue w/ the heat.
