If you could only watch one (or two or three) TV Shows, which would you pick as the best of the best of 2012?

I didn't really watch much TV at all circa 1998-2004 but there's been a great crop of new shows in the past 8 years combined with the fact that TV is so much easier to watch on your own terms now with DVRs, Hulu, YouTube, Netflix, iTunes, etc, etc, etc.
And so many shows are over and done with quickly as well. At 10 episodes per season, you can watch an entire year's worth of Game of Thrones in one lazy weekend and be done with it until next year. Doesn't really require a weekly scheduling for 52 weeks straight.
