Best place to dance for non-techno, non-house music?

Where in Columbus does one go dancing if she wants recognizable, fun, guilty-pleasure music like Brittany, Sean Paul, Lady Gaga, Beyonce, etc., and not so much the techno, house, thump-thump-thump music?

How about suggestions for bars that are more "young professionals" and less "grabby frat boys"?

I love salsa and we have some good places for that, but I'm looking for something different to feed my current yen... I'm turning 30 soon and need to prove that I can still (a) shake my booty, and (b) have fun doing it.

For Top 40, I have no great ideas outside of the Park Street area.
From back in my exurb days, I seem to remember the music being prevalent in Hilliard, but not many dancing to it.
For non-techno/house dancing (outside of top 40), I know folks like to get down of all ages at Ladies 80s(and 90s now wtf?). There are a few places around town that have advertised salsa nights, but their names elude me.

Thanks folks!

I suspected that my desire for guilty-pleasure dance music without grabby, grindy strangers was too much to ask. A girl can dream. Suggestions for either quality on their own are welcome.

Try Wall St. It's not so much a young professionals place nor grabby frat boys...though some of the girls there do resemble frat boys.
