was B-hamptons, but they took away the free buffet. I still go sometimes for the dollar bottles and well drinks.

Mojo Lounge on the cap has 1.50 domestics and 3 dollar well drinks (including long islands) ...
free internet and a huge patio

Bodega has the best happy hour.
Because they have fifty beers, half off, from 4pm all the way till 8pm.
And they Lagunitas Censored Ale on tap.
Which is like 7.7%.
And you can drink three and sleep great.

not to mention .75 cent PBR's and I think on tuesday it's 50% off appetizers.

Bodega for sure.

Bodega also does the Grilled Cheese Panini, Chips, and PBR Draft for $1.75 on Monday's happy hour.
But overall, I'd say it really just depends on what you want out of your happy hour. Some places have cheap beer and no mixed-drink deals, which I hate. Some places have great martini happy hours. Some places have free food. Some places have NO food.
So yeah... just depends on your mood, right? 8)

Definitely Bristol if I don't care about food.

i'm going with bodega
there is also a mexican spot just north of campus that has a happy hour from 10-??. i love late happy hours!

My faves are Bodega for the great and cheap beer selection. My favorite for really feeling great and relaxing is at Martini in the SN for $4 martinis from 4-7 and a fantastic assortment of $4 appetizers. If it is nice outside, I love the patio at MoJoe, and for just super cheap dollar domestic bottles I like Marshall's in Grandview.

Do the Gibby's locations on our side of town have the $1 beer Happy Hours? We frequent the one up at Polaris since that's the one closest to the bank, but I'd much rather enjoy $1 beers without having to think about the drive home afterward!!

yep, although there's only 2 Gibby's now (the other is on Vine in the AD), they offer the 4-7 1.00 domestic bottles, 1.50 domestic pints, and 45 cent wings.
Their other nightly specials are equally impressive.
Thursday is 2.00 import bottles all night, Tuesday is 3.00 domestic pitchers and 40 cent wings, etc.

I gather B. Hamptons no longer does $1 bottles, and as the was the ONLY reason to go there, I haven't been back.

it's $1.50 now, bottles and well drinks. I go, but only because it's down the street and I am not white trash enough to go to Zeno's.

I hate B. Hamptons.
I wouldn't go there if the bottles came with dollars taped to them.
Oh, wait. Yes I would. Scratch that. I can be bought fairly easily.

ROFL.
If Zeno's is white trash, what exactly is B. Hamptons?
It's like the Whitehall/Southside bar in Harrison West.
