Little dancers ages 2 and 3 will have fun in their own creative movement class. Through a combination of music and games, they will learn to control their movements and gain confidence. Children should wear elastic waist shorts and t-shirt or leotard and tights. Hair should be pulled back off the face. Ballet slippers optional, they may wear socks only. They need to be able to follow simple directions. They also need basic verbal skills, such as answering "yes" or "no" and saying when they need a potty break.
Sometimes boys just want to hang out with the guys! This tap class is just for boys ages 4 to 7. They will cover the same steps as in Tap, but in a style that will appeal to their unique sense of fun. There are no frilly skirts in this class! Boys should wear black dance pants or elastic waist shorts and white t-shirt. Long hair should be pulled back. Tap shoes are required, street shoes are not acceptable for tap class. NOTE: Tap shoes should never be worn outside!

Basic Tap Steps
The dress code for this class is very basic. Girl dancers should wear a leotard and tights in their favorite color, dance skirt or tutu optional. Hair should be pulled back off the face in a pony tail or dancer's bun. Boy dancers should wear black dance pants or elastic waist shorts and white t-shirt.
Ballet slippers and tap shoes are required.
NOTE: Dance shoes should never be worn outside!
For children ages 8 to 12 with little or no prior dance experience, here is the chance to try several styles of dance. During the year you will learn the basics of tap and jazz, with an occasional visit to other dance styles as well.
