Hi all, I've been a lurker on CU for a long time but this is my first post.
The house next door to mine is being auctioned on June 12 @ 6 and there is a preview from 4-6 on June 6. It's a nice house in a great, quite neighborhood in north Clintonville. The same family has owned it since the 60s, the owner passed away last year and it's now being auctioned off by his children. Easy walking to the bike trail, Park of Roses, Northstar Cafe, Jeni's, schools, and a lot more. I imagine someone's going to get a great deal on this place so I thought I'd pass it along in case someone was interested.
