Hi! My job is putting on a work fundraiser to raise money for an adopt-a-family thing that we do every year. I need just a little bit of help.

I need to find a bar, preferably in the downtown/arena district. I need a private room (for free or cheap), has a stage (or room that we can put a little stage in it), can hold about 300+ people, and has a sound system.

Anyone have any ideas?

300+ would make it somewhat difficult. I know Barleys has a private room for free/cheap, but I highly doubt it's big enough.

Park Street Tavern might be able to work -- they have an upstairs area, though not sure about the 300+.

How cheap? Arena grand movie theater rents out theaters and they arrange packages for food and drinks at their bar. Perfect stage for something like this?

They are not cheap. Fun, and great... but not cheap.

Probably not free or cheap but if you can get a sponsor to underwrite the cost...
