I need some opinions. I am thinking of starting a business in the Columbus area that would offer practice space to bands. It would work like this: Bands pay a monthly fee (say, $100) and for this they would get a weekly block of time in which they could use a large rehearsal area for 4 hours. In addition, they would get an 8x8ft private locked closet so they could store gear in it and cut down on set-up and transport time. It would be secured, temperature-controlled and in an area that would not get noise complaints called to the cops.
So there are still details to work out. What do you think? If you have a band, would you be interested? Do you know of bands that would be interested? Any help is appreciated.
