bachelor party help

   I'm booking a bachelor party for my brother on bourbon st. it's been about 15 years since i've been there. i'm considering booking a balcony room @ 410 bourbon. i don't know if that's a busy part of bourbon or not. i remember there being there and not wanting to cross over a certain street because it got real shady, real fast. if anyone can help me out here it would be greatly appreciated. i'd hate to pay all this money and it be on a deserted end of the street.
