!!! is a dance-punk band from Brooklyn. They're playing a free show Saturday at clothing store Urban Outfitters. It's sponsored by car company Toyota and designed to promote Ohio State University's student-run internet radio station OHIO.FM.
This masterpiece of convergence is part of Free Yr Radio, a nationwide campaign designed by corporate behemoths to hawk their products and back independent radio stations all at once.
"It's a benefit for everybody involved," OHIO.FM president Adam Carrington said.

would have been better if the students were on campus. This place is a ghost town.

I'd think the non-students would be excited to do to this without the massive student crowds.
That being said, where are they going to set up in Urban Outfitters?!?

Oh man, why does everything I want to do have to cram itself in to the same 5 hours on any given weekend???? If it's not raining cats and dogs I'm there. These guys have given me a fix while I'm waiting on The Faint's new album.

This was my first thought. So the band is known for turning any venue into a "no-holds-barred dance party". The storefront already looks like it's been privy to many an uproarious occasion, probably from product being flung into the air in sudden fits of urban elation.

It's not that hard really. I've never been in the one on campus, but Urban Outfitters usually have a display area for home stuff, books, etc. that could easily be re-worked. Other times you just move some floor displays to the back. We used to have to do in-stores all the time, in much smaller places than this one and you just make it work. Doesn't this one have 2 levels? 2nd floor seems like a smart choice to me to keep traffic flowing smoothly in and out.
