Some more details on the cooking class. Selections will be paired with Elevator Brewing Co. beers (eat and drink local for this class). Hot Pita will serve three styles of hummus from very traditional to very non traditional, a Buffalo Chicken Pita with Pitabilities signature Bella Sauce will be your main and a flight of cheese, nut and fruit Kolaches from Kolache Republic will cover dessert.
This will be great night. Hope you can make it on January 17th...seating/plating is limited. If stopping procrastination was on your to do list for 2012....this is your first big test.

There are 11 spots left for the class. Drink beer, learn how to make Kolache and support your local mobile food heroes all at the same time. Good deal for $25.
