I got a couple of texts/emails yesterday asking if we are still accepting work and the answer is YES!! We were hoping for rsvp's just so we know how much space to plan for, but Junctionview is huge and if y'all want to fill every inch of wallspace, please do!

We have a great lineup of artists signed up, so excited to see the work that comes in. Submissions will be accepted up till Monday feb 22 at dropoff. You don't have to RSVP but we'd like to know how many pieces to expect and how much of the building we'll be using.

Doesn't everyone need to see CDSherman in a blonde wig, wearing a pink mumu, singing Papa Don't Preach? These are the moments that make life worth living. KJ Dirtyoke has 400 new songs to choose from so I think we're in for some surprise performances! I'm still hoping for Joey!! *fingers crossed*
I can't wait for y'all to see some of these pieces I've been geeking out over all week. Get there early and bring your checkbooks!! We've got art for all budgets. Yay!

I recommend that you all get there nice and early. Not only do you totally want to catch Super Desserts because they are AWESOME, but I work the door from 10-midnight and tiny jesus knows that you don't wanna interact with me if you don't hafta.

just wanted to say thanks to all the cu'ers that attended and participated. the event was a lot of fun and the super desserts and kj dirtyoke rocked it! we are hoping to bring it back for a second round later this year when it isn't snowing.

It was indeed awesome! Some of my favorite pieces were Melissa Francis' Chopin piece and Stephanie Rond's Henry Rollins.
I got some great feedback on the debut of my concert ticket stub jewelry/accessories - so if anyone is interested in a custom piece, let me know!
