Here's a Rush Creek house for sale...someone asked about Rush Creek in this thread (maybe about 18 years ago?)
Pretty spiffy! They're asking waaaaay over appraised value-- although maybe that is more common with a house of some architectural significance? Not sure.

That's right up the street from us. Not sure about the sale price, since its pretty much situation with a ghetto corner store on one side and an abandoned building/empty lot on the other. Even if you're looking for a loft, I feel like there are better options in that neighborhood.

Merc you would like this...

We just picked up a 1950 dining table, Harold Schwartz for Romweber. Got it with both leaves and eight chairs for a steal! Found one online going for $7800.

Holy cats, that table is fabulous.

I really need to strip my Heywood - I have the 5 leg & crazy gel stain was put on it some time in the 80's. Oh, those crazy 80's.

It will be fabo for sure, it's free of any real dings/scratches but the leaves of off color, etc. Going to have it professionally refinished by a friend.

Got six of these chairs with pads also, "pierced back" mid century I think. Plan on selling them, they aren't original with the table anyways and not into the style.
