I can help you. But the people I know live in Athens. We made a plant in The Ridges to run OU fleet on bio-diesel. I was responsible for getting it to astm standards. COTA is using some, so might want to ask who they are getting it from.

CABS on campus uses Biodiesel in their bus fleet.
Here's their website:http://tp.osu.edu/cabs/index.shtml
If you let me know exactly what you're looking for from someone, I can probably get you more detailed contact info.

A friend of mine converted his diesel Mercedes, but I'll have to get in touch with him & ask if he's interested in fielding questions.

I met a guy the other night who represents SANIMAX biofuel...recycling oil, fats, grease from restaurants and meat packing plants and turning it into fuel.

Heck. Anyone buying the E85 from the pump at Giant Eagle is running some sort of Biofuel. There's a spectrum from that to the full-on greasecar conversions (running filtered waste oil in tandem with refined diesel).
The Mid Ohio Bio group is a great resource, as is Clean Fuels Ohio. Most of us who drive VW TDI-powered cars also know a bit. There's a Yahoo group called columbustdidrivers.
In addition to the E85, there are a number of B20 and B5 (soy diesel blends) pumps in Ohio. I buy mine at McWherters off of RT42 in Delaware.

i'd actually consider converting the ole wrangler if it were affordable, my monthly gas bill would go down, and the infrastructure was conveniently located around town. don't see that happening anytime soon.
