Has the Annex at Riversouth become an apartment complex? They used to have condo listings on their page, but they now have apartments only.
Did the condos just sell out? I'd be surprised if that's the case.

Looks like it. They only talk about apartments now in the narrative. Maybe they saw the rental market as being better. It actually does not surprise me. I do think downtown needs alot more apartments, especially affordable ones. These should be fairly affordable and if so, should rent out pretty quickly.

I think the Bristol name probably comes form the city of Bristol in the UK. Looks like all of their units are named after cities.
Anyway, interesting that they'd convert to all apartments. I thought they had already sold a few of the condo units, but perhaps not? Either way, it's probably a good move. They're going to fill up faster now as apartments, and when the condo market comes back, they can always offer to sell them again down the road.
