A cool $1.89 million will get you into the palace on Beck Street in GV. Lots of b/w pics are up on the realtor's website:

A quick search on the County Auditor's site shows that they own some property a little farther up the street. I wonder if this means the Camberns are downsizing, just trying something new, or if there's something afoot at 10TV.

A guy I knew lived next door when they built that place. It is obscenely big. I think it's about double the size of any single family home on that street... Probably built in 98 or 99?

2003 according to the specs.
Also, 18K+ a year in taxes alone. I don't think her job at 10TV has anything to do with this house, lol.

Well it was started and framed in long before then because he and his roommate moved before 2001 and it was put up while he was in his place. It may have taken longer to do the finish work...

I love this light fixture though…we tried to get one like it for our house after seeing it through their window:

I wish them the best of luck to get their price on their home(s). By the way the home two doors down next to Frank Fetch Park is also for sale for a 'bargain" price of $1.35 Million. I have watched them as they have taken this house from a small cottage to the current sprawling home, it looks really cool. PS the house in between the Cambern's two homes was also on the market for $1.25Mil over 18 months, started at $1.5 mil.

I'm starting to wonder if I have some vision problem because those photos kinda hurt my brain. Black and white photos with too many details make my eyes all googly. Then the not being able to see shades of blue easily. WTF, I'm getting old :(
