New Columbus Festival: the Alternate Transportation Festival
Brother's Drake Meadery & Bar and Capital City Presents the Alternate Transportation Festival, happening Saturday, August 25th. The daytime event is going on at Cathedral Park, located at the corner of 8th Ave. and Indianola Ave., Columbus, OH 43201. From 2pm-8pm, there will active and interactive entertainment that includes Columbus Art Walks walking tours, Bike OSU bicycling tours, Angry Baker and Shagbark Seed & Mill food demonstrations, and Dayton Peace Museum mobile museum.

All of these activities are coming together to engage people from Central Ohio with local fares and local fun. When people walk, bicycle, bus, or carpool to the event, they can enter Cathedral Park for free. A suggested donation of $5 is encouraged by those who are single-person drivers.
