Quick question -- How much can one expect to spend per person here? I can't find a menu on the internet. Obviously it varies, but a ballpark? Also, they do have non-sushi offerings, right?

They have plenty of non-sushi offerings spanning a fairly wide range of prices. Appetizers are around $4-$12, and entrees are about $10-$30.
It can get crowded, reservations are probably a good thing.

Depends on how much you love sushi...or sake.
Drew's price ranges are right on.
If you are watching the wallet, try one of the selected combinations instead of going the ala carte nigiri/roll way. I get the Sashimi B which is like 24.95, comes with soup and rice - fills you up nicely. They have Bento boxes that will help keep you under 25 bucks.
let's put it this way - my wife and I usually get out of there for between $50-65 (without tip) and no alcohol. But I splurge on sushi when I get to go.
Non-sushi stuff: RAMEN - YUM.
they have some great meat dishes as well. plenty of noodles. These run from $9 - 20.
I usually have to contain myself from going crazy just so I don't have to take out a loan. hehe
enjoy your trip!

Well, now... if the 'rent's are paying, get 'em to take you to Kihachi!

hey now, I'm trying to be nice and not totally break their wallets. 5 people at any restaurant is going to be expensive and they already do a lot for me! :)
