Web Site for AFter BAby Boot CampWith the success of Bridal Boot Camp, certified personal trainer and owner of ForeverFit, Nancy Eisenman, has created and designed [/b]AFTER BABY BOOT CAMP scheduled to start Tues. Sept. 7th. Classes will run Tues./Thurs. morning 10-11 am for four weeks (8 classes). Four week sessions will continue throughout the year.
After Baby Boot Camp is a fun, efficient, effective way to lose those unwanted extra baby weight pounds, get in shape, trim and tone. Nancy knows first hand what a woman needs to do to get her "before baby body back" looking beautiful. It's also a great time to bond with baby and other moms!
ABBC will take place at the Columbus Dance Center in Gahanna.
