Ever wonder what it would be like a Cirque Du Soliel perform, flying through the air on beautiful silks, trapeze, aerial hoops and more? Well now you can find out!!!! In aerial arts we will be teaching you what it''s like to hang, twist, tumble and float through the air on various circus/aerial equipment. In this 1hr class we''ll begin with a gentle warm up and stretching to get the body ready for some serious fun. After that we''ll focus on learning proper grip/wrapping techniques depending on the apparatus and building up from basic tricks to eventually difficult tricks and tumbles. Don''t worry if you have no experience either....each person will be taught at their own pace and beginners will be given various strength/conditioning drills using the aerial equipment. At the end we''ll focus on cooling down with some deeper stretching for flexibility.
