This show is an annual charity fund raiser, held at The Treehouse (formerly Andymans' Treehouse) in Grandview.
Everyone is going to do covers of crappy 80s Power Ballads and other 80's songs.
I will be playing, assisted by Marvin the Robot and a drum machine.
Now I really hate 80's Power Ballads, so we are going to do some very funny cover versions of a few crappy 80s songs, and then some cover versions of 80s songs that I actually love. The list of songs we are doing is below, and if you know me, you'll know the ones I actually like. However, all of them will be very, very different from the original versions.
The Final Countdown - Europe
True Faith - New Order
Stop Dragging My Heart Around - Stevie Nicks and Tom Petty
I Want To Know What Love Is- Foreigner
Games Without Frontiers- Peter Gabriel
Running Up That Hill ( A Deal With God) - Kate Bush
