I've tried two programs that are supposed to do this, and neither worked. There are video tutorials for how to do it manually, enabling disc mode and such. Therefore, if you would like to watch said tutorial or use your knowledge to do so, I'd happily give you $50.
And, no, I can't export it from the old Mac to the new one; the old one was stolen.
