Considering the conversation about wanting a comedy place in Columbus, you might want to make sure some of those folks are brought into the dialogue. Just a thought.

well im managing a few of the buildings in the area for the developer. i have access to this building which is in the best shape and a few others that are in not so good shape. the building in the pics above is 100,000 sqft. there is plenty of space for folks who might be interested in storage, arts studio space, music rehearsal, etc. the beauty is the building is 98% dry with utilities in place such as heaters and bathrooms and what not. there are courtyards and all kinds of interesting features.

jump on in! i do have a church that we have been using as our FAD office and sorta studio space. there is a small stage and a fairly large sanctuary. could be great for performance and comedy.

the entrance will be on lucas st. there are several sets of doors. i will have a set open in the center of the building. i will have balloons or some marker.
