Hello to all!

We have lots happening here at 400 W Rich and are excited to share some of what's coming up.

This weekend we'll be hosting Fear Hundred, a haunted house, halloween art show complete with silent horror films accompanied by a live music soundtrack, stilt walkers, a tarot card readers and bonfire in our courtyard. Bring marshmallows! Bring beer! Wear a costume and be prepared to scream. : )

Next weekend we'll be welcoming Make Believe Monsters as they host a Costume Party to celebrate launching their fall line!

Here are the studios that are we currently have available for rent:

1st floor-
Studio 101 measuring 246 square feet, available November 1st

2nd floor-
Studio 204 measuring 195 square feet, available November 15th
Studio 206 measuring 207 square feet, available November 15th
Studio 212 measuring 287 square feet, available November 15th
Studio 215 measuring 310 square feet, available November 15th

Hey everyone, just a quick note that we are currently a full house on both the first and second floor. We just finalized plans for the next phase of studios to be built on our second floor, that will be ready for a spring move in. More updates!

We are currently seeking pioneers to open up the first round of retail storefronts to be housed at 400 W Rich. Shops will be situated on the west side of the first floor, facing the drive along Lucas Street. There are bays for roughly 6-7 retailers to move in and call Fton home! This would be a great opportunity for a first time entrepreneur or for an existing business to expand and open up it's second location.

hey folks, we're doing another round of build out on our second floor this spring adding 8-10 additional studios. anyone interested in reserving a studio, please visit http://www.400westrich.com and make an appointment to come by for a tour. we'll fill up quickly and there's not a ton of room left in the building that will be devoted to studio space, so even if you're only vaguely thinking about studio space...come see us and get your name on the list. : )
