The casino will be tobacco-free per state law. I just wonder if people who DO smoke will boycott this casino. What about the non-smoking employee who lives with a family member who smokes? One presumes the employee will absorb nicotine into his/her body and therefore will test positive. Will Penn National give employees a choice between divorcing their smoking spouse/partner or quit work? Will Penn demand that employees not attend events where tobacco is smoked? Or Sunday dinner at grandma's house? Or the family reunion (where most of the kin folk are smoking)?
