New residents at Grandview Yard have begun moving into their new apartment community which is currently wrapping up construction on the first of three buildings. Once completed, this development will feature a mix of 154 one and two bedroom flats and townhomes for rent in the middle of the mixed-use Grandview Yard development.

“This is an exciting time for our new residents and for Grandview Yard,” said NRI President and CEO Brian Ellis. “We have delivered our first fully-finished units ahead of schedule, with the remaining units leasing fast. Grandview has proven to be an attractive market for young professionals who love the neighborhood feel and want to be near Downtown.”

The two remaining apartment buildings at Grandview Yard will be completed in early 2013 and will be ready for new residents to move in between December and February. Rents range from $995 to $2,095 per month.
