First Night Columbus, the family-friendly New Years festival will be relocating from Genoa Park to Broad & High this year. Over 150 entertainers will provide music, dancing, and hands-on activities for thousands of attendees. Admission buttons are $10 in advance ($12 on New Years Eve) and can be purchased online here.
At the Vets Memorial you’ll find jugglers, face painting, belly dancers, drum circles, dance contests, karaoke, and the popular HighJinks Dance Company.
COSI will be hosting a new event this year called First Night of Film, that features the Saturday Morning Cartoons from Across the World as presented by the Columbus International Film & Video Festival.
At Broad & High there will be djs, ice sculptures, and corn hole outside with multiple musicians and entertainers set up inside the lobbies of the Leveque, One Columbus, Rhodes Tower, Key Bank, and Huntington Buildings.
The Grand Finale Countdown will take place at Broad & High with special programming by Orange Barrel Media on the electronic display, canon salutes, and more musical entertainment.
