    First Look: PHILCO Bar+Diner

PHILCO is the newest restaurant concept from Randy and Tina Corbin, which soft-opened last night at 747 North High Street. The new bar and diner replaces the former Phillip’s Coney Island location, and offers a modern update to the old concept. The menu still centers around diner staples like burgers, pot roast and of course… coney dogs, but also features some new specialties from Chef Andrew Smith, such as bbq duck wings, pickled beet carpaccio, and luna burgers.

The PHILCO Bar+Diner is now officially for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
