First Look: Balboa

The Grandview Avenue strip is getting another new restaurant this week with the opening of Balboa. Located at 1312 Grandview Avenue in the former Shoku space, Balboa is bringing food and drink from Southern California to Central Ohio with a hip cantina-style restaurant and large outdoor patio that is likely to be a popular destination in the summer months.
