Neither of us were impressed with most of the condos..We always noticed alot of other people pretty dissapointed..We kind of expected the Neighborhood Launch to have a surban feel (it did)...The Annex was cheaply made..some of the railings to the stairs were about to fall off. I feel like downtown is getting desperate by giving the approval to places like The Annex...On the other hand Ohio Lofts and The Brunson were very nice!
