Looking for the Easter Bunny? There are several events around town where you might find him. You can find him at Schmidt’s in German Village today and tomorrow. He will be hopping around with his friend Thumper. The Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Schiller Park will be Saturday, April 11 at 10:00am. Don’t be late or forget your basket. There will be lots of candy and eggs to find. Ganthers Place Park on Reinhard Avenue just east of Parsons Avenue also has an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 11 from Noon to 2pm. The Columbus Zoo is doing their annual Eggs, Paws and Claws event on April 11 from 9am to 5pm. The animals will be having their own egg hunt. You can view the schedule on the zoo’s website. The City of Columbus is having Easter Egg Hunts in quite a few parks around town, you can view the full schedule here. Have fun!

Has anyone done any of the egg hunts in city parks before? Sounds like it could be fun with kids. :D
Rumor has it the master hopper himself will make an appearance at tonight’s Friday Five After Five Wine Tasting in Dublin. http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/stores/columbus/storecalendar.php
I’ve gone to Schiller before, it was a lot of fun for the kiddos and they split them into 3 groups, under 4, 5-7 and 7-10 I think is how it is divided so the wee ones don’t get trampled. You also have to get there early so you are in the right area at the stating time.
I also met Stephanie from Ganter’s Place earlier this week and want to stop by their event too.
We’ve got a Bunny Romp at The Hills Market from 11.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. Easter Egg hunt at noon, face painters and clowns and, of course, free coffee (as always) for adults.
