Slow and steady progress has been made all summer on a variety of urban development projects. The Commons at Buckingham and the Main Street Bridge have both been recently completed while work is closed to finished on the Franklin County Courthouse, The Whitney Condos and Bishop’s Walk. Grandview Yard will host a community open house on September 1st from 6 to 8:30pm to show off the completion of Phase 1 of the project. Meanwhile, work continues on Columbus Commons and the Scioto Mile which are both expected to be finalized next year.

There’s additional construction activity that’s coming along — the new apartment complex in the Arena District at Vine and Neil. Nice improvement over a parking lot.
I just want to say that columbus has done a great job with their recent construction projects to help revamp columbus again. BRAVO.
