The process of creating a parks master plan for the city of Grandview Heights is moving into a key stage.
After the initial stage of gathering public input and creating design concepts, the process now involves setting priorities about what should be developed and how plans can be implemented and paid for, Parks and Recreation Director Sean Robey said.
The potential first phase of the master plan would include the construction of the new buildings, playground development, installation of a new Ox Roast pit and redoing the T-ball field and reorienting the softball diamond.
