Another 207 units are being added to the Liberty Place apartment complex as a part of its second phase. The new buildings, which are rapidly rising just south of I-70/71 in the Brewery District, are four stories high and will feature a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

Property Manager Rachel Min explains that the second phase will have 8 studios, 167 one-bedroom units (28 with a study), 28 two-bedroom units, and four three-bedroom units.

Amenities include high end finishes and dedicated parking in a centralized garage. Pricing, while not yet finalized for phase two, will most likely be in the $1,000 to $2,000 range.

Demand so far for the units, according to Min, has been good.

“We have high interest in phase two from prospective renters as well as our existing residents,” she explained. “We are currently 100% leased so demand is high.”

Construction is expected to be completed sometime this fall.
