Thanks for the comments, all. I really enjoyed talking with them and learned a few things myself.

Always open to other podcast ideas if anyone's got any to throw out there!

Listening and thinking to self...I want to post a comment....AND THEN Cristin mentions my name. LOL. I did not invent the term flexitarian, but find that it suits me and my health requirements. Good conversation. I love the way Cristin redefines plates as "Plant Based". It has a much more positive connotation than "meat free". I hope that we will see more plant based dishes at several of our local establishments. (And I mean more than a mixed green salad or side dish of steamed asparagus) I frequent Alana's and appreciate her ability to provide Vegan, Vegetarian, Plant based and just damn tasty recipes. Also a nod to the mentioned Del of wellnessforumfoods...they deliver to your office, what could be better? Thanks to the three for reaching out. Walker: A list of Vegan/Vegetarian/V-Friendly restaurants to follow? Then we can work on the kid-friendly and dog-friendly establishments post...

I have to admit... I was actually a bit nervous going into this one. Of all of the podcasts so far, this one was probably the furthest out of my realm of personal knowledge. I enjoy a good vegetarian or vegan meal here and there, but I really don't know some of the details, lingo, or even what sorts of personal reasons these three guests had for living their lifestyles and running their businesses.

It's strange that food can sometimes be such a controversial topic sometimes, but I have to say that Tawd, Jennie, and Cristin were all awesome at opening up and sharing their opinions.

And you know... there was one other question I forgot to ask them, so I might as well pose it here for everyone... has anyone heard anything about Vegiterranean lately? It's been about a year since that rumor last sufaced. Does that mean it's not opening? ;)
