Every city has those secret places that only the locals know and the capital city seems to have a treasure-trove of them. Visitors can design their own T-shirt, make their own candle, create a unique wine, plant a special flower and create an artwork in glass if they know where to go.

Substance for Fashion Conscious People, a trendy clothing boutique at 783 N. High St., offers visitors clothing and accessories as well as Design Lab workshops where an organic-cotton T-Shirt is turned into an original artwork during the Tee Shirt Renovation Workshop.
