Crafthouse Cocktails Launching in Columbus this Summer
There’re always new innovations in cocktails (thankfully), and lately, the trends have leaned toward pre-prepared, high end cocktails, readily available for immediate consumption. The latest to capitalize on this trend: Crafthouse Cocktails.
Crafthouse Cocktails hails originally from Chicago, where the business was recently launched by 2013 James Beard Award winner and 2013 Bartender of the Year, Charles Joly, and hospitality veteran, Matt Lindner.
They tapped local mixologist, Chris Dehlavi, who’s been the Brand Mixologist for Middle West Spirits and is currently head bartender at M at Miranova, to be the Brand Ambassador for the expansion in Columbus.
Crafthouse Cocktails specializes in gluten-free, ready-to-serve, premium bottled cocktails. They offer three flavors presently: Moscow Mule, Southside, and Paloma. All of their blends comes in custom-designed bottles.
The Moscow Mule contains small-batch vodka, ginger beer, pure lime juice, and cane sugar, while the Southside is a vibrant mix of small-batch gin, natural mint, and more lime and cane sugar.
The Paloma is made with expressive blanco tequila from Tequila Valley in Mexico, handcrafted grapefruit soda, lime, and cane sugar. All of Crafthouse Cocktails products need only ice to be enjoyed.
“We were inspired by our customers’ desire to enjoy the same handcrafted cocktails we offer in our lounges in the convenience of their homes,” shares Lindner. “Crafthouse allows customers to have the next best thing to going to a great cocktail bar or restaurant.”
Customers can find Crafthouse Cocktails lineup online at www.crafthousecocktails.com. Retail locations near Central Ohio coming soon.
